Little Island Design
Posting on Instagram is not a marketing plan.
Strategy is. And strategy only works when every channel is pulling in the same direction: your website, your search presence, and your social platforms.
Available exclusively to active LID web clients. Social media works best when it has a strong website to send people to and a brand identity worth reinforcing.
The LID difference
Most social media agencies have no visibility into your website: how it is performing, what pages are converting, or what your SEO strategy looks like. They post into a void and call it done.
Because you are already an LID client, your social content is informed by real data: what is driving traffic to your site, what your local competitors are doing, and what your audience is actually searching for.
The result is social media that does not just look good. It works with everything else you have built.
Content is sequenced to drive traffic to the right pages at the right time. Not just to fill a calendar.
Your monthly search performance report feeds directly into what we talk about and post about each month.
Every post has a purpose. We are building brand authority and driving action, not throwing spaghetti at the wall.
Every social media engagement starts with a strategy foundation, not a content calendar. Before the first post goes out, we do the work that makes every subsequent post smarter.
Both tiers include Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. Photography and video content is provided by the client, or added as an optional service.
The strategic consistency tier. You are not just posting. You are maintaining a brand voice, connecting content to what is happening on your website, and keeping all three platforms active and cohesive.
Everything in Presence, plus more content, weekly community engagement, a dedicated monthly strategy call, and recommendations tied directly to your site traffic data.
✦ Includes everything in Presence
Bolt on what you need, when you need it. All add-ons require an active Presence or Growth plan.
From onboarding to your first post, here is what to expect.
We start with a kickoff call to align on goals, audience, brand voice, and priorities. Your onboarding fee covers a platform audit, competitive review, brand voice documentation, and your content strategy playbook. This is the foundation every post is built on. Asset and login collection happens here too.
I draft your full content calendar for the month: branded graphics, captions, hashtag research, and platform-specific formatting across IG, FB, and GBP. You will receive everything in a shared document for review before anything goes live.
You review the draft content and submit one round of revisions. Light edits are included. The process is collaborative but efficient. Once approved, content is scheduled and goes out on time. No surprises.
Content publishes on schedule. Growth tier clients receive weekly engagement check-ins and a monthly strategy call. All clients receive a monthly performance report, and social content is continuously informed by what is happening on your website and in search.
Clear expectations from day one.
Client photos and videos must be submitted by the 10th of each month for the upcoming content calendar. Late asset delivery may delay publishing and does not extend the billing cycle.
One round of revisions is included per monthly content calendar. Additional revision rounds are billed at the discounted hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of calendar delivery.
Social media plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Onboarding fees are non-refundable.
Monthly posts do not roll over. If fewer posts are produced due to late asset delivery or client-requested holds, the monthly fee remains the same.
Management includes Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. Additional platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest are outside scope and require a separate agreement. Ad spend is always billed separately from management fees.
You have already got the website. Now let us make sure your social presence is sending people back to it. Reach out and we will figure out which tier makes sense for where your business is right now.
